La mwbgGlobal Association of International Sports Federations (mwbwGAISF), dal mwca2009 fino al mwcq2017 mwcgSportAccord, è un'associazione mwcwnon profit che raggruppa mwdafederazioni sportive internazionali che fanno capo o meno al mwdqCIO.

Nata nel mweq1967, la GAISF è più antica, pertanto, di mwegASOIF, mwewAIOWF e mwfaARISF, tutte fondate nel mwfq1983.

In pratica, essa è l'insieme di tutte queste, poiché raggruppa tutte le mwfw80 mwgafederazioni riconosciute dal mwgqCIO (mwgg28 dell'ASOIF, mwgw7 dell'AIOWF e mwha45 dell'ARISF) a cui si aggiungono i mwhq18 membri dell'AIMS.

A completamento vanno aggiunte altre mwhw20 enti associati fra organizzazioni di eventi sportivi internazionali ed associazioni internazionali connesse con lo sportcite-ref-1[1].
